1. Data We Process
VENV BOT may process Discord profile data, server identifiers, channel and role metadata, configuration settings, moderation records, ticket data, audit logs, subscription status and usage diagnostics required to operate the service.
2. Why We Process Data
Data is used to authenticate users, display managed servers, configure bot features, execute server administration actions, provide support workflows, protect communities and maintain auditability.
3. Discord Permissions
Administrators choose whether to install VENV BOT and which permissions to grant. The dashboard should clearly show runtime, permission and configuration health before Discord-side actions are used.
4. Secrets and Tokens
Bot tokens, API keys and payment secrets must be stored only in secure environment settings. They must not be exposed in public frontend code or committed to GitHub.
5. Payments
Diamond billing is processed through Stripe. VENV BOT stores plan status and billing metadata necessary to activate features, but payment card details are handled by Stripe.
6. Retention and Removal
Server owners may remove the bot from their Discord server. Related configuration and audit data may be retained as necessary for security, troubleshooting and compliance unless deletion is requested and technically feasible.
